- This confirms the diversion was being managed internally at Mobivate with information deliberately withheld from Asaf (RM co-director)
- Soft2Bet was RM's largest customer (~65% of combined RM/Mobivate revenue per Brad's own 4 Jun 2025 email)
- Date aligns with the July 2025 revenue cliff visible in RM's P&L
- John directs Asaf to Brad — confirming Brad was directing the customer migration personally
